Nasarawa United striker Jofrank Istifanus couldn’t hide his excitement after scoring the winning goal in the team’s 1-0 victory over Enyimba.

Jofrank netted in the 23rd minute as the Solid Miners extended their winning streak to four games with the hard-earned victory.

The young forward praised his teammates for their role in the win.

“Kudos to my team and coach, Mbwas Mangut. I thank God for the opportunity to score the goal that gave my team the win today,” he told the club’s media.

The win moved Nasarawa United up to third position on the NPFL table.

The Lafia-based club will next face four-time champions Kano Pillars in their upcoming league fixture.
