Ajax technical director Jordi Cruyff has indicated that the Dutch giants will offer Nigeria international Tolu Arokodare a permanent contract at the end of the season.
Arokodare joined Ajax on a season-long loan from Wolverhampton Wanderers this summer, and he has made a big impact since arriving in Amsterdam.
The 25-year-old has scored 10 goals and provided three assists in 15 appearances across all competitions for the former European champions.
His loan deal reportedly includes an option to buy worth almost €20 million.
Cruyff said the club has already agreed on the key details of a possible permanent transfer.
“Everything has already been arranged. His salary too, although he did ask for a pay rise at the last press conference,” Cruyff told Ziggosport.
