Uchenna Kanu: Super Falcons Targeting Another Win Against Comoros Tonight

Uchenna Kanu has insisted that the Super Falcons are not resting on their first-leg lead and are gunning for another win against Comoros.

The Super Falcons head into the second leg of the 2028 Olympic Games second-round qualifying tie with a 2-0 advantage, following goals from defender Michelle Alozie and Kanu in the first leg.

Kanu said the team’s target is to secure another win in tonight’s encounter.

“Playing on a big stage like the Olympics is huge for me personally. We have a goal not just to make it to the Olympics, but also to look at the trophy. We have a good team, we’ve been preparing and we’ve been doing well. We want to win, like the coach said, and score as many goals as possible,” Kanu told the media.

The match is scheduled to kick off at 6pm Nigerian time at the Remo Stars Sports Complex in Ikenne.
